I'm having pain in the lower left side of my abdomin,what organs are there?What could it be?

on the left side, if you are female, it could be a cyst on your overary. i know that different people will hurt different ways. Are you having other pains like in your back or anything. If the pain gets too sever, you will want to go to the ER or to your dr. they will want to do a ultrasound to check and make sure that everything is ok. Remember that females develop a cyst each month on their overary and sometimes they will not dissolve on there own and will contiue to grow. Good luck and don't ignore the pain.

Ovulating ovary very possible. I had pain in the same area for a couple years and was diagnosed with fibroids. Not a major thing but it is something to tell your DR.

It might be that you are getting your period. However, if it is not this, and it doesn't get better in a few days, talk to your doctor. It might just be that you pulled a muscle or something like that.

it could be digestional craps. I had that problem when I was younger. when you get it lie down and straighten your back for a few minutes. that worked for me. ask you doctor 2.
