Here ya go: http://www.job-interview.net/
The main thing is to emphasize your positive qualities. Think about what your teachers have said about you in the past. How would your favorite teacher describe you to a prospective employer?
Check out some sites with job interview advice - just Google "job interview skills" - and then practice with a friend or your parents. It will feel a little silly at first, but keep going. The more you practice, the more comfortable you will feel.
And good luck!

The trick is to offer something as a fault that is really a positive in the mind of the interviewer, such as "One fault I have is that I always try to do a perfect job even if it takes a little longer"... or some other like BS.

Be honest and don't put on a big show. You dont have to describe what you look like abviously they are looking at you. Let them know interests, values, hobbies, etc. Of course not all interviewers are the same.

never say anything that can be takin negatively. you always want to take a positive and make it sound like its your weak points. Everything is about interpertation. Think about the job and what your duties would be. if its the type of job where you have multiple tasks with equal amount of priority, then you want to say you like to keep busy, sometimes you have a hard time walking away from something untill its done to your satisfaction, or something like that. Hoped that made sense..lol

Depend on the condition, if the company need trust, so describe who you realy are, on the otherside if you need to lie, describe yourself as your idol/imagination character personality. Usually this side is what you want to be.

Don't brag about yourself or put yourself down. Tell the interviewer qualities about yourself that would be useful for the job and tell them bad qualities that aren't horrible. If you are qualified for the job, then they will pick you, don't worry!!!

buy a book on interviewing skills. they seem to have all the answers to your question. you can make mistakes doing this and you do not want to. the interviewer is looking for specific traits in your answer, but there are better answers. good luck.

Honestly, but don't be stupid and reveal too much. If you're not right for the job, you're not right for it, and you won't be happy working there. Just be honest, and you'll have no regrets.
