According to the HOPE scholarship rules you will be able to keep your scholarship if you maintain a 3.0 average. If your other grades pull your average point standing up to a 3.0 you should be in good shape. By saying "if" I assume the F is not a done deal yet so get to work on your Psychology. Good Luck.

Sad to say, a F grade shows you made absolutely no effort whatsoever for that class. Even if you made a slight effort, most likely you would have gotten a D. Scholarship money should go to only serious students who are willing to put in the time and effort to get good grades. Unless you had received excellent grades before the F semester, I wouldn't count on that scholarship money being there for you.

Study. You won`t get a F if you already know Psychology. Get some
help. Than you won`t lose your scholarship and you can come back. :D

If this is a possibility, there is a good chance of losing your scholarship. I'd definitely recommend that you speak to your personal tutor if this is a fear for you so you can be prepared to justify why you should retain your scholarship.

most likely...you may loose the scholarship! you might still be able to go to the school under academic probation...if you are able to pay for the schooling! talk to your counselor and try to figure something out! next time if your having trouble with the class "withdraw" from it before getting the "f" grade...if you withdraw it will show a "w" on ur report card and won't effect your gpa!
