splintercell double agent last lvl i think?

ok im in the jba compound i didnt shoot lambert when it gave me the option to do so i shot the other jba guy i did all the stuff to get 2 the bomb i killed everybody including emile and i difused the bomb but after that the swat comes in out of no were and starts pointing there guns at me and it says mission complete.. then it was in credicts when i hear sam plede not guilty.

ok this is what im confused about wasnt there soupose to be a 2nd bomb in LA and wasnt i soupose 2 kill moss? and why didnt lambert bak me up i didnt kill him plz help
