My friend has been leaking colustrum since she was about 3 months pregnant, this is her second child. Now she is leaking milk, and she seems to be getting more everyday. She is now 8 months pregnant and does not know if this is normal.

The milk doesn't come out or get produced until the baby is out of the womb... usually it comes in about 3 days later and the colostrum is the baby's first form of food. The leakage does get thicker and more of a whitish color though, but it's not milk.

It's normal. Especially if it's not her first pregnancy, although starting at three months pregnant seems a bit early. I don't think she has anything to worry about, but if I were her, I'd ask the doctor about it at the next visit. It's nothing to be embarrassed about.

Yes this is very normal, her body is getting ready for the new baby. And since she has had a baby before then everything is just developing early it should be okay, but if she is worried she needs to get with her prenatal doctor

Yes, this is normal! Especially if it is her second child, her body is "used" to making milk.
Since she is pregnant, she is probably going to the doctor very frequently for check ups anyway, and if she's worried, she can always mention it to the doc at one of these appointments.

It is very normal. The coustrum had nothing to do with it.
