That would be "Switch" with Ellen Barkin and Jimmy Smits. Ellen Barkin is hilarious as a womanizing man that is murdered and winds up in the body of a woman.

you mean, any movie?????/ i know one that i saw last week fro like, the billionth time. its, "The Hot Chick". its about this really pretty high-schooler(rachel mccadams, a formere'Mean Girl') and she steals this pair of earrings that switched the bodies of this slave girl and a princess, from egyptian times and she loses one and this burglar picks up the lost earring and puts it in his ear and they switch bodies. she's afraid to take a shower and he uses her body to make moola(a pole dancer) and she's trying to get her body back AND get her boyfriend to remember her. its a good movie.
