Oklahoma and Texas both bring back experienced qbs. Missouri and Texas Tech got their teams gutted after last season. I think whoever wins between OU and UT will have a good chance of finishing this season undefeated. UT especially has a supereasy schedule outside of the showdown with OU. I think OU wins against Texas, but they have a harder schedule outside of the UT game. If Florida wins at LSU, they also have a good chance to go undefeated. Alabama gets LSU at home and do not have any horrible road trips, assuming they win a neutral site game against Va Tech. I like their chances to go into the SEC championship game undefeated. No team starts a season hotter than USC. Ohio State gets them week two. Even with a new qb, I don't see them beating the Trojans. For their part, USC is not going to win on the road at Cal, Oregon, and Arizona State. They will trip up somewhere along the way. Penn State has a decent chance, but I always have a hard time picking them at the start of a season. I don't see a mountain west team going undefeated this year. I think the schedule is to where Utah, TCU, and BYU will thin each other out (BYU opens the season with Oklahoma too by the way). Boise State always has a chance to go undefeated, but they have alot of long road trips this year, and I think someone will upend them. There is always a chance of a team going undefeated in the MAC, but it would have to be someone who doesn't play a big name school the first month of the season. I am going to predict no undefeated MAC team this year, though. I have talked about all the teams I think "can" go undefeated. I think Alabama and maybe Oklahoma will go their their conference championships undefeated, after which I think Oklahoma will be the only undefeated left.

Florida isn't undefeated. It is only Boise State and Ohio State. Florida lost to Auburn.
