why do people continue to baby him by bailing him out? the aberrant behavior will continue and perhaps get worse.

i knew this old lady once, long dead, that had 3 sons. they were adults. 2 of them began to do heroin, when nobody in their right mind even heard of it. so to support it, they'd cash bad checks and steal. she, their "loving, adoring" mother, always bailed them out. she used the money of the good son to bail them out. they just kept it up and got worse and worse. the good son lost all his money, just for them. i don't buy it.

i buy "tough love."

in case you would be able to have the money for a private offender lawyer you may. even nonetheless, ensure you may have the money for a stable deepest lawyer. i comprehend of many situations the place human beings hire the main inexpensive deepest lawyer they are able to looking and finally end up with representation far worse than what they might have had with a PD. undergo in techniques that whilst PDs are very overworked and don't have as lots time for each individual case as they might like, they often are very stable attorneys with greater experiance than relatively some deepest criminal professionals. final analysis - hire a private lawyer in case you may have the money for an exceptionally stable one. there is not likely a difference between a offender regulation lawyer and a drug offense lawyer. i've got by no ability met a offender lawyer who did not have some experiance with drug crimes. If there's a lawyer around you that has a recognition for doing a stable interest dealing with drug situations pass with that. terrific of success to you.

The bail ONLY gets bigger if the prosecution is trying to fry him and send a message to the dealing community.

In some states, "x" amount of misdemeanors equal a felony. Be careful!!! Advise your friend to relax and talk to his public defender.

If they raised the bail, it means that the prosecution's case got stronger. The court has been persuaded that he's a flight risk. Say goodbye to your friend for a while. Sorry.
