That's pretty normal. I am also turning 14 this month, but I have had semen for about a year or 2 now. Still, you have a year or too until you have to get worried.

Be patient. You will produce semen in plenty of time. At first it will appear clear then eventually it will get whitish and then near the end of puberty it will be white to yellow. As soon as you start to shoot semen you will be able to fertilize a female so becareful. It is good your masturbating. It is good for you and for your reproductive system and it will stimulate your glands to produce sperm and semen. Enjoy your sexuality and be safe.

You could have what's called retrograde ejaculation. Basically, your ejaculate goes straight to your bladder. It's not serious, as some men "pinch" their penis before orgasm to cause this, thus no messy clean up. However, it could lead to a problem if you ever want kids someday.

you just haven't gotten that far along in puberty. some people go faster than others.
