If you see vehicles with factory privacy windows in the back, they are roughly 20%. The limit in alot of states. Tint with the rating of 32% isn't that much different. You won't notice a huge difference between the two tints on a car when you walk up to it. You will notice a slight difference when you look from the inside out.

i mechanic for a living and that's the legal limit here in Tennessee also,make sure they put the sticker in the window showing it s legal ,that's about the limit on darkness in most states though,,it wouldn't be be legal in some of the northern states i had a friend that was made to take his off in Ohio,or they was going to jail him over it,,,good luck with it hope this help,s.

It is darker than allowed by law in Oklahoma. However, in the '80s, before the law, I had a black Trans Am with 5% tint. Looked cool, but I couldn't see crap at night.

32 is not to dark @ all. you'll be o.k. w/ the local cop's florida is a limit of 28% on the front window. though i got nailed in illinois & had to remove it right there. 32 you can see in, but at night it is a little more private.

That is BLACK.
I am in Canada, 30% where I am is illegal on driver and passenger windows, and windshields.
