i'm in northernish illinois and i was wondering if anyone knows of a flag or tackle football team that i can join. even an inturmurals would be great. my school has a girls flag football team but we only play one game at the beginning of the year. i have a great qb arm and just really like to play football. lemme know if anyone has any suggestions besides google (i've tried it)

This will take a lot of work and some money. You may never enjoy the fruits of the work, but it may help other girls. Under federal law, the schools are required to offer equal opportunity in sports. Try out for the middle school team.
I have a cousin who plays for the varsity middle school and now on JV for the high school. She's the kicker. Kicks fields goals, point after and kick off. She had trouble getting on the team, but the right amount of skill and legal made it happen.
Get the (or threaten to) the American Civil Liberties Union. Bunch of lawyers that handle cases like this for free.

Good suggestion about trying to organize more games for your team. Im sure there are others in your area who wouldnt mind playing a couple games for fun or charity. U can also hold a sign up sheet and make your own league per say. All u would need would be spreadsheet, players, and a football. If you are interested in playing football competativly, you can try out for the freshman team and see if you can make it. Once you get passed all the running and good stuff in preseason camp the season is cake.. best of luck to you!

pop warner is co ed.there are a couple in chicago but i think you might be too old. pop warner is no longer co-ed at 13.sorry.
but hey try the packers. jk.

sorry there is not to many that i know of'maybe you cn contact other schools in your area and ask if they arfe willing to play your school team.and do it for a cause///like raising funds to send stuff to our troops
