No, the constitution is designed to be amended, so if something really needs to be changed it should be done this way. There is no excuse for the government breaking their laws, they stand for every citizen.

No, our government has provisions for several ways to change laws, so there is no good reason to allow the government to break its own laws.

there are actually allready things like that in place and are used when the time is deemed fitting. one example would be Martail Law.. in times of war the military takes control over local law enforcement and what they say goes.. or pretty much you get shot or imprissioned if you dont agree with martial law. As long as the media believes it is the only way things can be made better, the gov can do whatever to who ever they want

Think for a second about the nature of the verb you used -- "allowed."

That word implies that there is somebody in authority who can tell "the government" that they are doing something which is not "allowed." Some kind of higher person or entity.

Who is higher than "the government"?

Government should be bound by the same laws as the citizens, no exceptions. However, we live in a time where this is not the case, unfortunately.
