Here in Canada you need to contact the Vital Statistics Office in the province you were born in. It cost $15-40 depending on the speed of delivery you want. There may be an agency where you live but here in Canada you have to do the above.

you have to contact the office for vital records in the state the birth took place. You may not get a copy for free though.. but they are not too much.. less then 10 bucks useually

I am not aware of a service that will send you or give you it for free. If that was so , it would leave it open for a lot of people to access your information. There are a few services and websites that I used when I needed additional copies because someone laminated my original certificates.

You would need to contact the county records dept. in the area where you were born. It will not be free, 'tho.
