Oddly enough: it was retiring. I was lucky and retired in my 40's and now I do what I like. I am studying for a new career and I volunteer at a local school teaching watercolor. So when and if I go back to work, it will be something I like to do and not something I have to do. So I guess what I am trying to say is: best career move is to do something you like to do.
