Well, I did a lot of weight lifting back in high school, and if your looking for a great way to gain muscle go with lifting weights. Start with 7-15 lbs. and in a week advance to 18-25 lbs. In a month or so go with 30-50 lbs.

- 25 minutes, daily.

- Eat more vegitables, less carbs.

- Run around the block for 25-45 minutes three times a week.

- Every night before you go to sleep drink a glass of water. 5-8 ounces.

- Hope this helps, and I wish you best of luck.

whey protein, creatine, lift till failure, do 3 different body parts that correspond to each other each workout day... so xample would be chest, shoulders, triceps in one day.... eat alot of protein since it builds muscle and repairs it, creatine gives you a little more energy from increased ATP production so you can get another rep out or so for lifts and it helps to rebuild muscle faster so you get stronger sooner.... whey protein helps with protein intake.

also try to follow basic diet guildlines.. limit salts and so on... but increase protein intake definetely and caloric intake.. i cant really explain it all but go to my source for a ton of articles on the subject of bulking up on muscle
