Oprah's media empire has generated millions of dollars and provided jobs for countless individuals. Odds are there is a rather diverse mix of people who have benefited from Oprah's economic output.

Dr. Phil started as a nobody before Oprah, so I would say that he is not black. Can't vouch for the woman part.

Yes she helps people of all races. Have you ever watched her show? Her audience is a majority white women. So, if she was only helping blacks, that surely would not be the case.
And, as far as helping people who are not female... all of the victims of hurricane katrina who had gotten a home through her angel network were surely not all women. In fact, I've seen a few single fathers on that show alone.

thats and odd question to me because i always thought oprah catered to whites rather than her own kind. but what do i know i barely watch her show. i watch dr. phil who would not be famous if it were not for the big O

she hires mostly women, her charities help mostly women or blacks, o and Dr. Phil that makes her more money than it does Dr. Phil so she's not doing him a favour.
but Oprah does like tom Cruise and john Travolta they are her favourite white folks.

yes as a matter of fact she has. she was doing a special on sexual predators and she gave this mexican guy a hundred thousand dollars for catching one of the predators that escaped to mexico. anyway the guy was very poor and was living on the streets. Thanks to oprah he would be living on the streets right now.
