for the past 2 weeks whenever i wake up i feel nauseous, whenever i eat i feel nauseous, and whenever i drive i feel nauseous. i am not vomiting... i just feel like i am going to. its really starting to get old, i can barely eat anything, tonight for dinner all i had was a salad and half a baked potato and i started to feel sick. if i lay down for a while, it goes away eventually but i dont always have the opportunity to do so. anyone have any advice??? i cant go to the doc until next week..... im in the military and it takes a while to get in to see someone unless its life threatening. also, its too early to detect if i am pregnant... i am not supposed to get my period until next week and isnt it too soon to get nausea symptoms.... also i dont want to get my hopes up that i am pregnant..... ive been trying for too long to be disappointed again.

Nausea is a hard thing to help because there are so many things that it can be related to. I experience chronic nausea due to stress. Maybe you are stressed about work and about trying to get pregnant. You need to find a meal replacement like ensure or boost, they will help, your nausea could be continuous because you are not getting enough vitamins in your body so that is another reason a meal replacement will help you. If you are already getting nausea,if you were pregnant, you would be able to get a positive on the test, obviously if the hormone is being released which would be what is causing your nausea, your test would come back positive, try one of the tests that you can take before a missed period. until you see your doctor, have plenty of meal replacements and bland foods, whole wheat breat, crackers, things you feel you can handel, you could also be stressed out from feeling nausea all the time which may be causing a vicious circle. I hope I have helped a little. good luck, and as for getting pregnant it will happen when you least expect it so try to relax, your time will come.

i'm so sorry!! I had morning midday and night affliction till approximately 12 weeks....i could be nauseated all day and may be able to throw up once or twice an afternoon. i will inform you that it somewhat is lots better to bypass forward and throw up than experience ill for hours on end. i could stare in a toliet or garbage can and picture approximately throwing up and at last it may come. I took Zofran for the nausea even yet it did no longer continuously help, laying down on my edge grew to become into approximately all that alleviated the sensation. Now that i'm 14 weeks I in many situations capture a wiff of something that doesnt scent good interior the morning and finally end up throwing up yet am nice something of the day. only be confident you get loads of relax

I would suggest that you're feeling stressed. Maybe worried that your period is going to come when you are trying to get pregnant.

Peppermint is great for nausea. Suck a piece of hard peppermint candy or drink peppermint tea. Also cold water irritates a stomach that is already feeling sick. Try drinking warm water or tea.
I've had to learn all these things because I often feel nauseus due to stress.

Try drinking sprite and eating plain crackers when you feel nauseous. That may help calm your stomach until you can get to the doctor. Also try pedialite, for babies, it has nutrients in there that will help you maintain some type of health while not being able to eat. Its for babies who are sick but works great for adults too. Good luck.

If you're hoping to get pregnant, then I hope you're nauseated (having the sensation of nausea) rather than nauseous (causing others to feel that sensation), but I suspect you'll find out next week. No sick call where you are? No medic to get some medications, or way to get OTC medications?

Not to sound unsympathetic, but you could be reacting to a "STRESS" situation? Try some hot tea before you try to eat a meal,it works for me.Good your MD appointment will be soon. SW RN
