if you go with something extra ordinary like "uncle sam" or "supersam" it might be great...for a while, then you will get bored of it and try to find a new screen name. samstevenson@yahoo.com is neutral and you will be satisfied regardless of your age. Furthermore, nobody will say that your screen name is dumb because it is neutral.

I often like to make references to songs or books that have meaning to me; hence, ape_ape_man, which comes from a Kinks song. So my suggestion would be to think of something that you really enjoy, and work with that.
