You are tall for your age. I would guess that you will be taller than 6'1. You still have a few more years to grow though.

My friend is 14 and 5'10", and his doctor said he might make 6'5".
So maybe around there?
(It came up because I'm not supposed to break 5 feet...)

no way to tell, you could get a guess by looking at your relatives, but im almost the tallest one in my family.... my grandpa is the only one who is taller
