They go inward so you can't see them outside the shower.
Oh yeah, while I'm thinking about bathrooms the toilet paper goes over the roll....

the priority is that the satin end is abrasive. the final treatment as a result's to the two replace the jewellery, or take them down and varnish the interior floor of the ring the place it slides over the metallic rod with a extreme speed drill and twine brush attachment. Lubes will attraction to airborne dirt and dirt and rapidly grow to be unsightly, additionally requiring consistent re-utility with the aid of steamy environment, so as that may no longer a path i could advise.

In a decorator's perspective, inward. Also depends on the hook...if it has embelishments on it, you want it to face outward.

i would suggest you put them such that the ends of the hooks are facing in towards the shower/bathtub. this way, if you slip in the bath/shower the shower curtain will be able to come off instead of yank off the rail. and hell, it looks better too..

Depends on the type...the big end goes over the main bar and then the decorated part hangs out, or if none, then they both hang inside...the curtain.
