I don't know, I've been barefoot for ten years and I've had a *lot* of comments, however the answer to that other barefoot question is the first time I've heard anyone say 'monkey'. So I guess that while that dude wasn't particularly nice, at least he was original!

Btw, in reply to another answer, it is NOT illegal to drive barefoot, see source. Another persistant myth; many cops even believe it but it should've been thrown out in court if it had been taken there. Unfortunately, many drivers also believe it is illegal so sometimes someone will get a fine and will pay it without challenging.... and thus the myth lives on.... :-(

I'm barefoot about 90% of the time. I even got a ticket once for driving barefoot (apparently it's against the law)
No one has ever called me "monkey"

I recently said, "I want to keep the monkeys out of my building." I wasnt referring to bare foot people.....and I was not referring to race either.
