There are about 400 MILLION sperm in a teaspoon of come, maybe only a few hundred thousand in a drop of pre-come. It only takes one of them to get you pregnant, and they swim really well, and can live for up to seven days. It's relatively unlikely, but still entirely possible.

well you didnt need to go into so much detail, but if the semen went in i guess you could get pregnant.... it takes longer then a few minutes for the cells to die
