Flip the bunny on its back. I usually sit on the floor or in a chair and put my bunny in the depression between my legs. I put one hand under her rump and one under her chest and then flip her over. Then I move my had up to massage her cheeks and her nose. Rub the cheeks and the nose until they stop struggling.

You need to set down on the floor with the rabbit then pick it up and lay it on its back if it struggles at all turn it back over and let it rest a few min. then try again eventually it will lay on your legs and hands and go to sleep with its eyes open then you can trim nails check teeth and nails. It is less stressful for the bunny this way. But you only want to keep them in a trance for about 15 min. and if it wakes up in the middle of it dont try trancing it again until the next day. This is harder to do with smaller breeds of rabbits as they get scared more quickly. good luck
