Have Levi's 501s ever shrunk on you?

Question

For Christmas, I got 3 pairs of Levi's 501 PRE-SHRUNK jeans. I wear a size 36 because I felt that 34 was a bit too tight.

Well anyway, I've worn them for like a week now. They've shrunk of like 2-3 washings! Now they're a little tight. I feel like I'm wearing size 34s again. This sucks!

I can't wear boxers now because my jeans shrunk. I hate when my boxers bunch up. I can't even wear Briefs because they've all shrunk too. God help me!

What am I gonna do?! Go around half naked for 3 months pretending that nothing's wrong? My birthday is not until March. I don't even want to ask my parents to buy me jeans. Those Levi's were expensive. Over $30 for one pair.

I'm not gaining weight!!!

Christmas, I weighed 156. The jeans fit perfect.

I've lost weigh because I've been sick for over a week. Now I weigh 154. And the jeans are a little tight now. There not baggy like they were a week ago!

Check your scale. You may have put on 3-5 pounds. We tend to fluctuate this amount easily, but our jeans don't lie. Try hanging your pants to dry, instead of putting them in the dryer... These are probably the only two possibilities.

All jeans shrink even the preshrunk ones...try not putting them in a dryer for long periods and wash in cold water...dry until dampness is out and then finish air drying...

Levi's are notorious for shrinking. Try washing them in cold water and hanging them to dry instead of putting them in the clothes dryer.

Yeah its happened to me they've gone down one size waist and length and they are not meant too. Its probably the Mexican cheapo ones which use inferior cotton. Complain to Levis as they cost enough.

I JUST THINK U GOT FATTER BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO SHRINK. I HAVE MANY PAIRS AND THEY'VE NEVER SHRUNK ON ME AFTER SO MANY WASHINGS.
