No, but I'm sensitive to other people's feelings and have an empathic flair about me, so i can tell what's on people's minds and "read" them.

It depends on how well I know the person, but usually I can read my family and closest friends minds because we think alike.

good or bad the intent is often glaring at me so strongly i have no choice but to read that individuals mind...

No. I really don't want to. Some things are meant to stay in the privacy of one's mind. I would hate to hear other's thoughts more than I would hate for them to hear mine.
