My first day of my last period was on 12-2. My husband and I have been trying at least everyday/every other day. I tested on 12-29, negative. On sunday 12-31 i started spotting. I thought I was getting my period but I continue to just spot; very light bleeding, I just need a pantyliner. It is very light pink. not like i have ever had when I get my period. When should I test again? When I was pregnant with my daughter, who is now five, i did have some implantation bleeding but I can't remember how long it lasted.

Its sounds like it could be implantation bleeding. It normally comes around the time of your next cycle is due. Assuming you have a regular 28day cycle, the 31st would be the starting day of your next period. However, if your experiencing totally different bleeding, then high chances are that your pregnant. Especially if it only last a few days. The testing you did on the 29th would have been too early. Recommendations are to test a complete week after your missed menstrual to get accurate results.

There's only one way you will know for sure and that's to do another test, you could be having a light period or you could be pregnant. I too spotted with my second pregnancy but a test around day 35 of my cycle confirmed that I was pregnant. Try to get a sensitive and reliable test and if you are still spotting or finished with no clear answer, visit your doc just for a blood test and peace of mind, good luck!

If that is implantation bleeding then I bet you should be able to get an accurate result from a pregnancy test, just remember to get like First Response or another test that detects small amounts of the hormone...Best of luck!

It could be implantation bleeding, I had it with both of my pregnancies. Honestly, I don't know what else it could be. When is your period due? You could test again a day or two after it's late!!

I thought implantation was a one day thing.. but I never experienced any so I'm not certain.
You would only be on CD 27 when you tested, so depending on when you ovulated it could have been too soon. I would test again now it should be accurate.

Generally 1 week after a missed period sounds like you only have a light period your period can vary and be very light some months

test now, if it comes back neg try again in a week or 2 when you start to get some more symptoms if any

I hate to say it but your probably not pregnant. of course there in always a chance. you could go see a gynecologist they have more accurate ways of testing if you want to do it on your own the drug store brands can pretty accurate wait another few days and test

you can be pregnaunt and bleed litely too!!do a test even the cheapest ones work well too just a little urin and youll no!!
