I think the song title is "Square Roots." It sounds like it might be Sheena Easton, Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam, or Tina Marie; circa 1980's or 70's. HELP! It is plaguing me!

You were really close, the song is "Square Biz" by Tina Marie. She re-recorded it with new lyrics for the last 2 seasons of the new Hollywood Squares.

"Square Biz" was on her 1981 album called "It Must Be Magic."
