The most reliable, so much so that most OB/GYN offices use only EPT.

I used Early First Response and Dollar Tree ones. And then Clearblue Digital.

There is a link in my post that lists the sensitivity for many tests.
EPT tests at 50 mIU. Which means there are several tests that would be more sensitive earlier. As far as reliablity the higher the HcG the more likely the pregnancy would be viable as it should double every 48 hours.

The blue + or - signs on them? I used them and it was so faint I almost missed it... I also used a first response test (1 or 2 pink lines kind) the same day and it was MUCH clearer... hope that helps... definitely a big fat positive on my pregnancy though now... just look close and let the whole 3 minutes go by with the EPT ones. Good luck!

most home pregnancy tests are very reliable and ept is no exception as long as they are used correctly......it can be used up to 5 days before your period but is most effective after you have missed one day of your period...make sure you follow the directions exactly in order to increase the accuracy of the test....if you got a positive, you need to see a doctor to confirm and to begin medical care and/or whatever option you choose

I took mine two days after I missed my period. I took it in the evening and it was instantly positive. I was only two weeks pregnant. I never had regular periods so I wasn't real concerned that I was pregnant. But, I was WRONG. Best thing that ever happened to me. I would say they are pretty reliable. I still took two more because I was in shock. LOL

You can get some EPT tests that can tell you a week before your missed period. There is also some that state "pregnant" or "not pregnant"

Very reliable! It has like 99.7% chances of being right but it depends on how soon you are taking the test. The best thing to do is to go the clinic and that will tell you for sure.

They are pretty reliable if you use them after you miss your period or right before you miss. They are only reliable though if you use them correctly

Hi, I have 4 children and I have used the cheap test every time and they work fine. I wouldn't even waste my money on those pricey ones. You have to be 2 or more weeks late for any test to show up though.
