I need help with an english project, this will b easy for ppl who know a lot about music!!!?

Question

Ok so I have a huge project due in my english class soon. I have to read a novel and then write a paper on the theme of the book. Another part of the assignment is that I have to find 3 songs to go along with some of the conflicts in the book (so the lyrics to the songs need to relate to the conflicts somehow). The three conflicts I am trying to find songs for are: 1. A young woman is in love with a man who she shouldn't love and it appears that it wouldn't ever work out between them 2. The father dies during a war 3. A young man and woman are in love, but after a public humiliation and disgrace to the womans family, she doesn't feel worthy enough to be with the man anymore. OKAY if anyone knows songs with lyrics that fit somewhat along those lines, PLEASE tell me the name of the song and the artist who sings it. I have a few songs I might do but none of them fit too greatly so I want to see if anyone else knows a better song I can use.

1. "Go Away Little Girl" is an old song about an older man who is attempting to keep a young woman from being too much of a temptation to him.

2. The tag end of the song "Ballad of the Green Berets" shows that it is about a father, specifically: "Put silver wings on my son's chest, make him one of America's best."

3. The only one I can think of regarding the humiliation theme is "Town Without Pity," but you have to know the movie it came from to interpret: "No it isn't very pretty what a town without pity can do." It's about how gossip destroyed the victim of a rape.

Sorry they are all pretty old songs. I'm a pretty old lady.

the first one should be irreplaceable by beyonce and the last one should be unfaithful by rihanna ..i dont know about the second one though travelin' soldier by dixie chicks might work it has to do with deathi because of war but it wasn't her father it was her boyfriend
