Not great actually, it will probably still be fairly choppy at even medium to high settings, you would probably need to drop it to low to get a decent frame rate.

I do not own this game, but if you check the minimum requirements from the game developers website you'll see you definately above the min requirements for an enjoyable experience. As a guess you'll be able to pull off 30fps at 1024x768 with most settings maxed if not better resolutions with better framerates. The human eye can register no more than 30 frames per second. Thats why movies are shot at 25fps.

More then enough to make the game playable. The exact framerate depends on your graphics settings, but you'll get great performance with that setup.
