Try a car.
The mitochondria could be the engine, the driver could be the nucleus, the gas/petrol could be glucose, which is coverted into energy by the engine/mitochondria. The body of the car could be the cell membrane, selectively letting things in via the open or closed windows. Vacuoles could be all the compartments in the car such as glove box, which hold different things and stop them just floating around loose in the car. The wheels would have to be the flagella or cilia, used for movement.

Good luck, don't leave it too late next time.

i don't know how old you are, but try a high school.
ex. nucleus -- principal's office
vacuole -- dumpster?
cell wall -- school walls
cell membrane -- if possible, another set of doors into "inner" part of school
mitochondria [[energy]] -- cafeteria? :)
etc
etc.
