Let them assault you , then just drop to the ground and act unconscious, they have to call for an Ambo, then once in the Ambulance come to ,tell the paramedic that you were assaulted by the arresting officer or look for badge number around collar if in uniform ,keep telling everyone you come across in the hospital , tell them you are scared they will hurt you again then they will have to investagate the officer, also look for fresh scares around officers knuckles as he will have to prove how he got them!!!!!!pricks

In a "theoretical" world the best way is to follow the chain of command...that would be telling the chief first then the mayor then the govenor of the state...in reality though it is much more difficult. Ghandi had a very difficult time with the police brutality and abuse of the indian people and he won be peacful non-cooperation. I would advise that to be the best step after realizing the incorrectness and legal stuff.

If it is an actual abuse of power, then go to the police chief, then on to the mayor if nothing is done.

A lot of people do not understand what is and is not an abuse of police power though. It's better to educate yourself first rather than look the fool and make unneeded enemies.

There isn't anything you can do. They are seldom reported, and the majority of the abuse cases occur during the arrest of someone intoxicated. "Above the Law"
