There was to be a lawsuit brought up against him, but he settled out of court for an undisclosed amount. This came after O' Reilly filed a preemptive lawsuit against her. He claimed he would show she was lying. Then rumors started circulating that the woman had plenty of evidence to back up her claims. O' Reilly settled with her out of court. If you know all of this, and you know Bill O'Reilly, you know that it's almost certain that he sexually harrassed this women. Disgusting.
