A man's lubrication (precum) can contain live sperm if he hasn't urinated since he last ejaculated. Further, under those circumstances, it is possible to conceive you get even a small drop of his lube on your vulva. AKA, vaginal intercourse isn't necessary, as sperm will find their way if they're close enough.

You desperately need to learn about female anatomy, and about sexuality in general. Please see the sites I've listed.

It's a pity that a relatively small number of people have made a mockery of the concept of teaching sex education in schools. When it's taught, in a age appropriate fashion, from kindergarten on (as in many of the Scandinavian countries), there are almost no teenaged parents. And you wouldn't have to continue to ask questions and to be ridiculed by some of the folks here.

precum has sperm in it.
My husband and I used the pull out method you know where he pulls his penis out of my vagina before he c u m s. Well I got pregnant with my son by using that method as birth control.
It doesn't matter if it was dry and in a few seconds. If a male gets sexually arroused he starts making pre *** and he can't control it coming out of his penis. He doesn't even notice it.
Take a pregnancy test if you miss your period and you'll know if you are pregnant.
