Within an essay, when the Bible is sited or spoken of, is it supposed to be underlined? Or in italics? Or in quotes? Same question for specific books of the Bible. I believe I am correct in just capitalizing for the Old Testament, but for the Book of Job I'm not sure, italicized perhaps? Any thoughts?

Just write it word for word as you would any other sentence. Use capital letters when needed such as at the beginning of a verse or for a name, etc.
