You can get it cheaper at Amazon.com than even the $12.23 (that's Amazon's cost) if you buy from a Marketplace seller.

And yes, you could always bid on eBay of half.com. I just saw a signed copy on eBay with a starting bid of $9.99 (+ $5 for shipping). Try Alibris or search with www.addall.com which will show you copies at many different on-line sites.

I got my copy at overstock.com; it was about 8 bucks.
The only problem is that I had to wait for 4 days, and I couldn't wait that long.
