Yes. Both men and women have wet dreams (substantially more in men). It is normal, and nothing to feel embarrassed or gross about . I dont know why the incidence is less in women.
Women do get sexual satisfaction (orgasm) during a wet dream, but may wake up before the feeling is completed, whereas a man usually gets up very soon after he discharges. It appears that men get more of a satisfactory feeling than women, during and after a wet dream. There is a tell tale wetness in the man's underclothing that is unmistakable.

It has happened to me a lot during my past marriage. My ex didn't last long and was more interested in getting himself off. During that marriage I never masterbated, wasn't sure about it. Anyway, I loved having those dreams! That was really the only time I had an orgasm.

Very normal. I have had it happen all my life. It happens a lot more during pregnancy. And luckily I am pregnant now, so woohoo for me!

yes. its normal/ its a wet dream. when i first heard abotu them, i thought only guys had them, but i came to find that women have them too. Its when your mind is making its own "porn" so to speak and your body reacting to it. Dont worry. its normal.
