Interesting. Thanks people. I reckon people have different focuses and values today. F,y.i., we don't have rap stations in my country. And I don't listen to modern pop (although I have heard a few of them), so do excuse me if my question seems naive!

Yeah, that crap they play on the radio today is just as bad as the stuff that wouldn't pass the censure.

In the time of Fergiliscousness, 50 Cent, Ghost face killa, etc, these 80's/90's songs are innocent.

There's much worse stuff than that going around just now. Listen to almost any rap artists and you will find references to either sex, drugs, guns or all three!

i haven't heard the songs but if nickleodeon can show a band called the Naked Brothers Band then anything can go these days.

well when u think of what they put on the radio now... like eminem, snoop dog n all them lot, all of whom swear on every song, and they air them......

then u think of the single that 'franky goes to hollywood' sang in the 80's (i think) 'RELAX' which they banned off all the radio stations..... what do u think !!!!!
