No, what I really listen to is what they are SAYING. They may mispronounce words, use words that don't even exist, have bad syntax, but if it makes sense- that's what's important. I've known a lot of people who had sub par language skills that had wise things to say once I understood them. I grant you that there will be a positive correlation between the proper choice of words and how high their I.Q. is, but we should listen deeper.

Depends on who it is. If its a family member or friend or one of my children, then yes i do but not in a critical sense. I would want someone one to do the same for me.
