If i buy a cingular phone off ebay and take my old cingualr sim card with service on it and put it into an unlocked cingular phone, will it work with no charge on my service?

Yea, it should work but if the phone is unlocked it usually means it is able to be used on various carriers network. If that is the case, you may have to go to Cingular to have it programed for your network. However, I do not believe it costs any additional money.

If all you are doing is moving the sim from one phone to another there are no "fees" for such a move. You will of course still have your monthly access fees, but there are no additional fees.

It should, I took my sim card out of my samsung phone and put it into my husband's old one with no problem or charge.
