The muscles you can command to work are VOLUNTARY MUSCLES. Your heart is a muscle. Do you have to remember to tell it to beat? Heart, lungs and brain are involuntary muscles.

their involuntary actions that your body performs. if you don't get these little jobs done, you wont be able to live. its involuntary because if you had to do all those things, like remember to blink, breath, and take your hand away from hot water, then we'd have no time to do anything else. that's just how our body works
