My boyfriend has a 2.5 GPA (Grade Point Average) and he is interested in doing computer technology. We live in upstate NY near Cooperstown, and he wanted to go to ITTTech. He thinks he's going to fail this year and he failed last year and if he does fail then ITTTech will be out of the question and so will Albany. Where else can he go for computer technolgy without going to far from Cooperstown, NY? Please help me

What about RIT, or Bryant and Stratton? I live near Syracuse so RIT ( Rochester) would be a little bit away and I am not sure if there is a Bryant & Stratton near you but they specialize in Business and computer technology!! Hope this helps, Good Luck!! and tell your boyfriend not to give up, there is a college somewhere out there for him!!

He could worry about it and improve, and then you could be of his back - most guys do not want a gf to be 'on their case' all the time. OR

Perhaps you could spend less time with him so he can study and bring up those grades.

Or maybe he is not college material. . .some people are better off in the job world, and they are cut out for other things besides academic things.
