I lived in Tacoma for 20 years before moving to Vegas and both cities have a weekly showing at the dollar theater. It's best to pick up a paper and scan the dollar theaters for their Midnight Showings... but you can also go to RockyHorror.com and in their "Participation" section is a list of some of the showings.

Yes, I live in Ohio and the Cedar Lee theatre in Cleveland Heights does Rocky Horror, like once a month.

Yes they do. My close friend just directed it at Boston College last year. If you want to find a local production near you check out your local alternative paper [it normally comes out once a week.] In the theatre section they'll tell you all the shows that week. To my knowledge, most productions are performed around Halloween and omit the word 'picture' when it's the show. [When it's the movie with the live add-ons it has 'picture' in the title.]

I know that in Salt Lake City on every Halloween night, they have a midnight showing at the Tower Theatre.

It was fun to watch people dress up as the characters from the movie and repeat the dialogure word for word! I wish I knew where it was playing.
