Well there is this really good Indian restaurant downtown called Gaylord's (the name sounds funny, I know, but the food is DELICIOUS!) (916) 441-6700 1501 14th St. Sacramento, CA 95814. Also, there is many Chinese restaraunts you can try, such as Dragonfly (916) 498-9200 1809 Capitol Ave Sacramento, CA 95814. But as for Manchurian food, you will not find any near the Sacramento area. I've tried looking in Roseville,Lodi, Galt, Elk Grove, Wilton, etc.

The girl up there that mentioned the restaurant "Gaylords" is right on. It's right next to my apartment. It's a really classy nice restaurant.
