Is happiness the most important thing to achieve in life and if yes, what is the best way to achieve it and if no, what is the most important thing to achieve and what is the best way to achieve it?
If the All-Knowing Being responds that my reporter-like question is actually more than one question, then I would ask
What is the best way to achieve happiness in life?
(If I was Homer Simpson of course the question has to be
"are you really an all-knowing being?")

I don't believe that there is one all knowing being, but many beings who together are all knowing. So you are asking questions at the right place! If there was an all knowing being, and I could ask them anything, I would ask them to tell me how they became all knowing!
