Showing how you overcame adversity is always a good topic. Similarly, how you encountered a problem and overcame it. Showed leadership.

Blah blah, typical typical. Be different. I finished writing mine and have applied to law schools. Without fail, the schools that have replied to me all commented on my personal statement, saying that it was "unique." This is what you need. Something to catch someone's eye, especially after they have sat there for 6 hours reading how other people "overcame adversity." Do not exploit the dead, "I love my grandma and this is how she influenced my life, may she rest in peace," etc. You are often given the opportunity with a second shorter essay to explain what diversity you contribute to the law school community, so leave this opportunity to explaining how you overcame adversity, don't waste a personal statement on it. Similarly, try to avoid the "I want to help people!" personal statement. Good for you, but everyone else before you put it down in their own personal statement and it will not get anyone's attention.
So what do you do? Tell a story. Write a narrative. Make someone laugh. Think of it as a speech, rather than an essay. Make them laugh, then cry, then laugh again. Another pointer? It's just as important HOW you write it, as what you write about. Vary your writing style and prove that you're an analytical thinker/writer. These are the most important skills in law school and you'll be ahead if you can start demonstrating them now.

in case you come from a bioscience important you will locate scientific college's academic matters to be no longer something new which you haven't any longer considered earlier. The transition would be uncomplicated. on the different hand, with a non-technology important it is extremely a hard transition (for this reason why scientific colleges choose bioscience majors in the beginning because of the fact that they're much less possibly to bathe out). The clinicals in med college would be hard in a non-academic experience, in spite of the undeniable fact that.
