My two brothers dies 19 years ago,I have no newspaper articles or anything.They're names are;Paul Allen Longval,born July.30,1966 and Steven Edmore Longval,born August.14,1968. They both died in Manchester N.H.,September.27,1987

I would google the city of Manchester and try to find out the name of the local paper. You may have to pay a small fee to get information that far back. You did not say what the circumstances were that led to their demise. If you think that there may have been law enforcement involvement, you could get in touch with the Police Department. It may require that you visit Manchester so you can do some research at the library. Your presence in the city would demonstrate the seriousness of your need to find the information you seek... try your library a lot of the have the death notices on line or if you go up there they might even have the paper it self keep in mind the last name might be spelled wrong it was in my dads case hope you find what you are looking for
