My neighbors still have their christmas lights and christmas is over already, Their christmas lights go all the way to their back yard and it shines through my window at night and I cannot sleep unless its pitch black shouldnt they takw down their christmas lights already? Or atleast trun them off?

I dont care if they take them down or not I just think they should turn them off cause I cannot sleep unless its pitch black haha.

I'm English. Its unlucky for us to take down decoration before the 5th of January. After that I don't light them up but I do but some white lights on in places on the patio in entry because it looks so dark and miserable

I usually take mine down the New Years Eve. Now it seems the spirit of Christmas is still in me. I'm going to wait until the feeling is gone. I waited all year for it to get here. Thank You Jesus!

Some people take them down on Jan 1st-ish to signal the New Year. Others wait until the "12 days of Christmas" (Epiphany) which is Jan 6th. And even others, leave them up (unlit) all. year. long.
