2. set up a hosting account with a web-host
3. use the web hosts instructions to set your domain name to point to your hosting account.
4. build your web-site.
you can do all of these things easily at godaddy.com and they are very inexpensive. try it out.

You need to buy a domain name, doesn't cost much and get webhosting.
Easiest way is to get a web hosting package that offers a free domain name. Then you just have to hope the name you want is available.

you need to set up (buy) a domain name. then you can name it whatever the heck you want. pretty much.
