I not really a fan of reality TV but I did watch a bit of the Biggest Loser in 2006 and liked seeing the people succeed at their goals. It was nice to have alot of "happy-endings" for everyone!

The Hills. I don't know. I hardly watch reality shows, but I love Lauren Conrad. I mean, I love her like a sister. Even though she hasn't accomplished much, she is great.

COPS definatly one of the best........but I also used to watch Big Brother...which was really entertaining.

I like trading spouses and biggest loser. Trading spouses is cool because you get to see how different people are. Biggest loser is great because it keeps you motivated.
